In the Dungeon Journal for 10 man normal Baleroc, the Tormented debuff is fully explained and even explains that on 10 man heroic difficulty, that “direct melee contact with any other players will apply a fresh copy of the Tormented effect to that player.”
But when you look at the heroic version of Tormented, the debuff isn’t fully explained.
25 man normal doesn’t explain the heroic debuff either. Looks like it’s just 10 man normal that explains it.
Minor issue, but be nice to have it updated correctly.
