Seems to have jumped a few points and now i am not eligible. Last night we were doing the earlier lvl dungeons just fine. Now, (lvl58) I cant see anything other than Mists of Tirna Scithe and Halls of atomement and am locked out of both due to ilvl. Why cant I see the Necrotic wake and Plaguefall anymore? Do they leave the dungeon finder list after a certain level or is something broken? Any help please as I cant queue for anything…?
I noticed that too. And I didn’t see them again until I was above ilevel 140ish after days at max level.
It’s dumb and I don’t know why it’s like that. I’m assuming because of some stupid bad ilevel scaling.

To be fair… Necrotic Wake and Plaguefall are arguably more difficult than Mist and HoA at low level and no gear. It can be heck for the wrong tank or the wrong healer or the wrong comp all around.
They leave the queue after you hit a certain level. Once you’re 60 all 8 normals become available. I should say it depends on ilvl too. I forget what that is though. I know it’s 155 for heroic queues.
Well isn’t that great? All I want to do is continue questing and queueing at the same time and now it seems I can’t. For the first time in an expack I can’t do that. Who makes these decisions and for what reason? The more I try to get into this expansion the less I seem to be getting out of it… At least that’s the way it seems and from what I can gather I only have time gating to look forward to… Really starting to tire of these monetizing decisions that are being made now as opposed to the fun ones we used to get… /sigh. What’s happening to this game?

I know. I felt the same when I was leveling up my first character. I find myself less and less enthused about this expac. 
well that’s the problem. you just think it’s what you want to do. it’s not about you. ion wants you to do something else.

Full group of level 60s and Plaguefall normal was hell to heal. Of course, no one had a clue what they were doing, either. So they made it three times harder than it needed to be.
