Sorry, sweaty may not be the right word in this scenario. Forum posters/mmo-champ readers have got to be the most “SPIRIT of classic!” peeps that wrongly think DF killed the community (RAID finder, maybe there is an argument for).

Polls from 2-3 months ago are absolutely biased. There was no indication that removing DF was an option, so why would the players happily playing the game come to the forums or anywhere else outside of game to even see a poll.
Serious question…
What would take longer and or make it so that a player would have to be logged in and playing longer?
Having a Dungeon Tool that makes it super easy? Or having to spam channels and use addons to find other players to do the same things?
If the answer is YES then of course it would be way faster and more efficient to have a DFT… So really what you are asking for is to let you optimize your time most efficiently. They prob want us to stick around for longer…
I mean, all the asked is “do you want DF”, that doesn’t rely on removing DF being an option or not.
Way back before they bought back PvP vendors I made a poll and it went big with over 5000 votes. Than Stoopzz came in and took it to a whole other level and that’s why we got PvP vendors back.
These polls can make a difference it may take a little while.
If you want LFD, go play retail. That is what Blizzard even said yesterday and they are correct.
Classic is better with less retailers trying to cheapen the Classic experience with anti-social tools that corrupted WoW originally.
Sure, but only the forum people saw it. My belief is that the forums lean far more towards the “SPIRIT OF CLASSIC” crowd that wrongly think DF hurts community, than the general public.
The “go play retail” argument is nuts. Like, literally delusional, incapable of critical thinking. Wanting DF is one piece, as opposed to the tire fire that is retail.

I get no benefit from running a heroic in this phase of TBC. I ran heroics all day, every day in phase 1 getting all the rep and pre-raid bis. There are a lot of tanks on the server, just not a lot of tanks that need to run heroics anymore. There is no benefit to me running a heroic dungeon.
