Believe what you will. If you want to actually run something, just run it.
I’ve stated what I do to form groups many times since the launch of WoW Classic. It has consistently worked and it continues to work. If you want to do nothing, and then complain that you can’t find groups, that’s on you! It certainly doesn’t prevent me from forming groups and enjoying my experience.
