As you can see, it's not as simple as watching for a specific string of characters. People will always find a way to get their adds up. And those were just a few I came up with 20 sec or so. There are 100's and 100's of permutations.
As for banning, Bizz does when it's brought to their attention. The challenge is that the vast, vast majority of those are not legit players who stand to lose their accounts/game licenses. It's a world wide industry that uses stolen accounts/credit cards. As soon as one is actioned, it's right to the next stolen account/credit card and they're back up and running.
Like was mentioned above, please do report the ones you see so that Bliz can deal with them.
