Dungeon Boss Loot Disappeared After Winning Roll

Hello, I was curious if anyone else has experienced this and/or may have a solution.

We were running UBRS and just killed Drak. The plate belt and valor breastplate both dropped. I passed on the belt, and needed the Valor Breastplate. During the rolling phase, one of our people DC’d and we waited for the rolls to time out. According to the chat window I saw I won the roll, and it showed that I received the item. However, it never appeared in my bag. The other warrior received his belt using the same method. Unfortunately I relogged to see if it would show up in my bag, so I didn’t get a screenshot of it showing I won and received the loot.

I was curious if this could just be lag or would it be more of a bug type situation?

I entered a ticket, but the text on the ticket form made it sound like I might be out of luck.

do u remember if u tried to loot the corpse as well? ive had to do that before even with my inv not full

I remember mousing over the boss to see if there was loot, but there wasn’t anything there. It threw me because the other warrior had the belt put in his bag automatically from the system.

Now that I think about it, I’ve had similar thing happen when crafting multiple items, and on the last one, it doesn’t show up in my bag until like two days later.

oh wow thats very weird bro… i hope it works out… maybe send in a ticket idk if thats something blizzard can fix but it never hurts to try… if u won it u deserve so i hope it all works out
