The world quest Sandswept Bones is up this week in Vol’dun. That means Dunegorger Kraulok is up all week, along with a chance at the Slightly Damp Pile of Fur which teaches you the mount Mollie.

Just wanted to bump this up for the weekend.
Few more days before Kraulok hides for another 5 weeks.

I just pulled up the drop table for Dunegorger Kraulok, and it says the Mollie mount (piece of fur) drop rate is 9%.
Is that correct?
During whatever expansion that was, I killed that guy many many many times.
I know RNG, but at 9%, I should definitely have it.
(which I don’t, and that’s OK of course)
That sounds right. The drop was added very late into the expansion cycle, I think it was when 8.3 went live.
Wow, OK, cool, I’ll throw all my 60’s at it, and I should have it by tomorrow then.

Can’t wait for all them tears when some random hunter tames Dunegorger right in the middle of a pull.
Wait does the auto group finder thing not work for previous expansion stuff?
Just did it on my Horde Druid 1, and ended up doing it with 2 other Alliance people who happened to be there.
(didn’t get mount, which is A-OK)

I’m still not sure how lucky I should feel that I have that mount already. Signs seem to indicate that it’s a much more common drop than the MoP world bosses or even Rukhmar, especially since I have it, but at the same time Kraulok’s camped pretty much the whole week while it’s active so it still has to be a relatively low chance, right?
So, just got it on Horde Warlock 1.
Drop rate may be HIGHER than 9%, given this was just my 2nd guy to do it.
Auto group-finder thingie appears not to work for previous expansions (guess I forget this), and ended up switching out of WM, as the one group I found was WM OFF.
Anyhoo, go get it people, the mount is super-cute.
