Group of 7 of us were doing the Duke of Cinders and got him to spawn not once but twice and we get mid fight and he disappears. We were out there for 2+ hours trying to get him to spawn and this crap happens. That is wasted time and complete bs. Just give us the item because Blizzard is failing
