i cant seem to get past the final loading screen after u pick ur toon, any ideas?

What happens when you reach the end of the loading bar? Any error code or anything?
If nothing else, server maintenance is in an hour, maybe try again after it’s done and see if it’s still going on?
You still can’t log in? I’m sorry. 
no error code, it just freezes at one inch from the end of the bar

Did your character DC in a weird place?
I guess with the info I got I’d try a full UI reset:
Then, make sure your graphic drivers are all up to date. Really, just checking for updates in general. Most push updates on Tuesday.
Then, try scanning and repairing:
Finally, the last step is to reinstall. Now that’s an absolute last step, because installing WoW will take a hot minute.
You may want to try posting in Tech Support as well, and see if someone there may be able to help!

Hope it gets fixed for you! You may want to try all that after maintenance is done since you’re not gonna log in anyway during the downtime. 
But after that, give those a shot and poke around in Tech Support if it doesn’t pan out.

Did you remove all add-ons and the add-on launcher before reinstall?
Also, make sure your antivirus is running as admin. That actually does make a difference. Not sure why, but I blame it on the computer gremlins.
Wicked little things that like to wreak havoc on our technology.

i roll addon, free which imo is the way to be, yeah i have like 3 go arounds with tickets to blizz, the latest and greatest was a support person giving a link that said page not found.
