We need to kill Elite Iron dwarves in the wetlands? Is this the only place we can get the ordinances? Is there any alternative?
So not sure how it all works, but as a tauren, everything you need is in mulgore. All of it can be done at like level 8 or something like that.
Wrong DW rune. You’re thinking of Lava Lash, which unlocks the ability to DW. OP is asking about Dual Wield Specialization.
To OP: Supposedly we can also kill non-elite dark iron dwarves in the north of Loch Modan.

Why can’t there be an equivalent item that drops off of say… the level 20 Dalaran Mages in Silverpine Forest. Was it SO HARD to add Horde equivalent drops?
We want to force Horde players into Alliance zones for pvp!
Okay, why not force Alliance players into Horde zones? What’s that? 75% of runes with only one drop location are in Alliance zones? Gee, that seems unfair! Oh well! Maybe next season blizzard will recruit developers that play Horde - here’s hoping!
That is how classic has been since its release. I bet we will see alliance venture deep in horde zone for the runes in P2 onwards.
