Dual Spec Should Only Be Useable

There was a survey lol. It was posted on the GD forums. Retail was the most popular. Even without the survey, every 3rd party tracking website shows it.

Your dedication is remarkable. Consistently wrong in every argument, yet you never hesitate in presenting them.

Sure it is, the only thing that changed is the optional amount of quests you have to do to reach max level.

Link it. Show me that the majority of Classic players play retail.

You absolutely piss yourself over me and I love that for you.

Ergo the relevance of quests has been reduced by 50%! Gz on working that out.

You can do quests at max level, and a lot of people do in fact do so.

So all you can say is that the amount of quests for someone leveling solely through questing who doesn’t quest at max level has been reduced by 50%.

That does not mean quests are 50% less relevant in general.

The burden of proof is on you for this one. I never claimed that the majority of classic players play retail. I claimed that the majority of players play retail.

You stated that

So I would ask you prove your statement.

Probably should have mentioned this to the Devs earlier…

You’re high.

The time it takes to level is what’s important to the devs. They still want you to quest and be out in the world but they’re smart to realize they don’t need to stretch it out for a time limited version of the game.

Right they even upped the gold you get from questing while leveling to make it more enticing vs just dungeon grinding.

Eh…I would say, at least it should be usable while ‘resting’. Or make a reagent requirement if outside a city (defined by the ‘resting’ state). But the reagent should be fairly cheap… Like 5s.

But, realistically, I’d like it to work like it does in Wrath: Free with no restrictions beyond ‘out of combat’.

The point of questing has always been xp. Nice reach, but no dice.

Smells like wrong in here.

How could I handle this retail trash otherwise?

Quests giving extra gold at max level was in vanilla.

And once again doesn’t change that if you want to do 100% of your leveling from questing you are still more than capable of doing so.

The primary outcome of quests is XP.

The required XP to max was reduced by 50%.

Ergo the devs are reducing the relevance of questing.

These are facts, gg.

Worst idea eu

They reduced the time it takes to level they did not reduce the relevance of quests to leveling.

These are facts gg.

They reduced the quantity of quests required to max. Please drop the stupid act. I’m not sure who this performance is meant to benefit.

Right they reduced the number of quests required, that doesn’t reduce their relevance.

You could even argue that makes each quest more relevant as that exp is a larger chunk of your experience per level.

The net time spent questing to earn xp has been reduced by half. You’re simply incorrect.

The time you spend questing on any given character is reduced by 50%.
