Interested to see if people would like to see something like this added to TBC.
Dual Spec was implemented in Wrath of the Lich King but personally I would welcome it in TBC - Classic to increase my options and allow me to enjoy PvE content fully in proper PvE spec, and be able to switch to PvP spec to enjoy PvP content, mainly arenas, just as much. This would also prevent burn out when stuck on endphase/endgame content.
Blizzard wants players to identify with their characters and their specialized roles instead of being able to do it all. that way when a unique opportunity appears, players can be rotated out, that way eeeeeverrrryyyyyoneeee gets his share.
Guilds will do what works. Without dual-spec, 'cause they won’t have it.
If that involves running 4 tanks in Karazhan (…really? no guild I was ever in) then that’s what they’ll do. You’re speaking as though they’re somehow, this time around, going to be forcibly prevented from having a viable raid composition unless Blizzard adds dual-spec.
Nah if we are gonna do tb > wotlk there should be no changes and you can have it then or if we are doing any changes we should do all the changes and rebalance all the classes IE lifebloom nerf CC nerfs bad pve spec buffs no glaives in arena etc.
I’ve yet to be convinced why any class needs a dual spec. Outside of warriors wanting to ninja Arms gears for pvp while tanking what exactly is a dual spec needed for?
