Shouldn’t this be primary stat? We don’t have any leg enchants that cover those of us that dps and heal like we did with lambant. Stormbound gives more AGI/STR plus STA at lowest quality than dual layer does at quality 2 AND costs less on the AH. Please make this DUAL and give INT/STR or INT/AGI.
