Dtide unmodded him in discord a while ago and fox got pissed and left the discord and probably still holds a grudge even tho it was in legion.
Side note I’ve gone up 800+ rating in under a week, means nothing. Some people decide to q randomly

A friend pointed out his progression to me via arenamate though and it seemed odd for someone to be stuck at 2100, then jump to 2700, but it's w/e. I have nothing personal against the guy, chill enough dude.

Whoa, you're right that is a pretty big jump in less than a week. I don't know him at all though so can't say whether it's suspicious or not. I've been stuck at 2k for most of this expansion because I keep playing with my friends on their WW/DK/Lock classes. It could be a similar scenario here and he started playing something busted with better players.

I jumped from 2200 to 2500 on my alt in 14 wins. I don’t think it’s suspicious rating is just really inflated
