Trying to do the Azerite Mining World Quest today in Drustvar on Horde. Once entering Arom’s crossing all the mobs and quest objectives phase out.
Same here! I think it has something to do with your story progress in the zone, but in my opinion that’s a bit silly for a World Quest to be included in that phase.
Edit: With a little determination and a Goblin Glider I was able to complete the quest. There are 4 entrances to the center of this quest in the form of minor ravines. The East and South entrance contains 2 wounds each. The visuals from the quest disappear a few seconds before the ability to use the heart does, so you need to be quick, but you’re still able to heal the wound even if you can’t see it. The last wound was a pain in the butt, and I was required to use the glider. I position myself on the hill/mountain to the immediate North of the quest. From there you’re able to see the last wound. You have to make sure you glide DIRECTLY to it - don’t over shoot.
I don’t know who dropped the ball on this for an entire year but it’s utterly ridiculous. December 2019 and it’s still broken.

This type of stuff is so stupid. I put in a ticket last year about this exact issue and the GM told me they were aware of the issue and were “looking into it”. What a bunch of BS. GG Blizz…

Just do your storyline quests and you won’t have this problem. It will take you like an hour and you’ll never have to worry about it again…

hmmm, no. Blizzard should fix the bug instead. I’m not doing story missions in full on every single character, but there are times when the reward for this WQ warrant doing on at least several alts. Which is nearly impossible, without tearing your hair out.

Having this precise issue right now, was hoping there was some sort of fix or work around.
You need to complete the first few parts of the War Campaign for that zone to fix the phasing issue. Apparently the fact that a workaround exists via Google is enough to go unfixed by Blizz.

Still broken, and also effects the nearby pet master WQ “Rogue Azerite”. I even tried to quickly fly in, and start the pet battle. I defeated the pet master, but got no credit for completing it.
Here in October 2020 to say this is still broken.
Is it really that hard to take 10 minutes’ tops to establish the Horde foothold in Drustvar? You’re not doing the WHOLE campaign to get one small piece of the world phased.
