Rejuvenation scaling with healing power seems to be very high, probably higher than intended?
Swapping to Cat Form still causes the druid to loose Endurance (Tauren Racial).
Endurance (Tauren Racial) formula is still applied incorrectly while swapping to bear form, resulting in total health pool to be higher than intended.
I also still have major concern for Feral druid since we will not be equipping spell power gear, we are left with our heals heavily nerfed.

You misread, they fixed it so it CAN crit
all damage over time and healing over time is intended to be able to crit in wow forever. so if im reading this right you are seeing crits which is working as intended.

Altho, both regrowth and rejuvenation heal over time were able to crit BEFORE patch gone life is why I got confused, I guess..
