Druids need a dragon form and dragon riding needs a two-person option

There doesn’t need to be evidence of anything to expand new storyline to a proto form. :woman_facepalming:t4:

No one is upset. Let’s not move to gaslighting.

I feel like this particular issue is less about what WoW is giving us, and more about what they are taking away from some players. I understand the issue here.

In TBC I had to do a quest for my flying form and ever since then, even though pretty much EVERY druid did the same quest, that flight form has been very special to me and is one of the main features of the druid class that keeps me playing it.

It sucks to have the flight form after putting the work in, and not actually being able to use it. Is it the end of the world? No. It’s just annoying.

But I refuse to believe that they are just going to not allow our old mounts to fly in the new expansion zones for the entire expansion. I guess we will see.

Or maybe Blizzard just wants all players to play their dragon mini-game. I mean is it that hard to just accept that?

Druids already get flak for being the favored children of Blizzard by getting massive amount of glyphs invested into them, freedom of instant cast mount, free two seater mount, picking up quest items while mounted, picking up herbs while mounted.

I mean I’m fine with playing their mini-game for however long it lasts until Blizzard opens up Pathfinder for all mounts.

And this would be no different. Giving the proto form would be specifically for the mini game. I’ve said that multiple times. Nothing changes with dragon riding. We’d still be bound to the same system with the proto form. We’d still have to learn the mini game and participate in the mini game. Instead of getting a proto to learn dragon riding, we are the proto to learn dragon riding. I’ve made that abundantly clear.

This is the easiest way to implement the two person mount, as it doesn’t take away from the currently developed protos they already have. And there are people who cannot function within the air without help. Thus, the reason for this thread.

Then you have nothing to complain about here. Have a nice day.

If you want to be a dragon get the staff that let you transform i to one the J legendary quest line

Fun Fact: that doesn’t carry people who need help and doesn’t work in the new expansion. I’m asking for the dragon riding mini game to be extended to druid flight form so that we can carry around people that need help.

You’d probably have been better off asking for it to be a general unlock for the dragon riding. People are frothing at the mouth about it being Druid related and will troll you because some Druid got their herb first one time in wrath and they are still triggered by it to this day.

Agreed, its a must have at this point with DF.

No spit… :man_facepalming:… its still a monumental leap into saying that Thundah doesnt care about disabled people because he doesnt think druids should get flight form in the Dragon Isles. Anything goes for drama , I guess.

This thread is on the front page again, cool :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I just think it’s funny how Thallia always complains about the lore, but she doesn’t seem to know that Dragons are a sentient race in WoW? It’s the equivalent of a night elf druid turning into blood elf as a form.

No, just no. No because druids don’t deserve special treatment, and no because it makes no lore sense :revolving_hearts:

It would be cool as something one could earn, like the fire kitty.

I don’t hate the idea.

Maybe just have 2-seater ability be a skill we learn for our dragon mounts. They said they are going to have all sorts of options to unlock for them, just let this be one of them.

He came in here to be insulting. No matter which way you want to twist it, he’s not a victim.

Let’s stay on topic, shall we?

That is an option is like to see, yes.

He insulted Druids, not disabled people. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: You made the leap with zero evidence. Anyhow. Yes sorry… back to your topic. Good day!

I think you need to take a look back at what the conversation was. He was insulting to both druids and me for asking for this option.

There’s no leap. He called me entitled for asking for this option. Nowhere is it entitled, nowhere did I say I expect it and yet he chose to belittle the idea of asking for this. And what was asked for? Options for disabled friends.

So yes, let’s drop it and I’ll just put both of you on ignore for a while, because I have no desire to speak with someone who gets demeaning over asking for an option for the disabled and someone else who tries to defend that.

Enjoy your day.

Let the real conversations commence, if there are any left to be had!

Quote where that happened.

Thanks for proving my point… he said nothing about disabled people… you jumped on that like a person diving for a life raft… in fact your altruistic spin was an after thought (even though you edited your title and you OP to appear otherwise)

It was SUCH a focus of your concern that ;

just allow the dragon riding dragon to have 2 seater. done.

Thanks for proving MY point: I never accused him of insulting disabled people. I accused him of being insulting (in general, because he was) and saying that I’m entitled because I asked for an option for the disabled. Maybe you two need to curl up on the couch together and reread what was said.

Yes, it’s become so second nature to me that I don’t see my friends as disabled that it wasn’t at the forefront of my mind at the time all of this new information became available. God forbid someone think of something later on!

Stop defending his attitude. Nowhere is it acceptable to call someone “entitled” and claim “it’s expected” for asking for an option.

You two are the ones who turned this into “you accused him of hating disabled people!” or whatever you’re crying about.

I never once did. Try reading back through the comments, because all of them are about how he insulted me over asking for an option, calling me entitled for it.

Here’s hoping the ignore function actually kicks in this time.
