I wouldnt classify an entire skin model as the same as a weapon appearance tbh.

I wonder how many people got canned for this mess up. Itās put blizzard in a really bad position, the MT nonsense had finally started to fade away forever. Only for someone to apparently not even test anything before launching the remix patch.
I mean, why only the appearances then?
They never really did this to legendary items which are far more complciated to get in their respective expansions nor did with order hall mounts in legion although they do it for AOTCs
Its just a wierd hill to die in, i have 3 MT appearances (well, 4, now) and would gladly give up on my āexclusivinessā if i could get the other appearances for other classes i may want to play now or in the future but wanst interested in legion.

Wow thereās some really cool elite PvP transmogs that also fit my character, same with the corrupted ashbringer I guess I should also have access to all of these things just by logging into the game and doing nothing else.

Some people are just really into their āprestigeā; The best way to fix the issue altogether this would be to release recolors but alasā¦ I can dream.

You have literally over a thousand options for most slots to pick from. If you are saying that your reasoning for wanting Blizzard to be more arbitrary, less trustworthy, and entirely flippant in terms of what they do, say that they will do, or make stuff available or not ā¦ is because you want one thing that fits your character; go and find something else.
Cool, so go and get something else since you donāt and didnāt care about playing the game to get the stuff that is locked behind doing content meant to be a challenge.
Again, thereās other stuff to get. For chest pieces alone for warlocks thereās almost 2000 options. Say that 800+ arenāt available and you still are sitting at 1.000+ appearances.
If you donāt want to, or didnāt care to, play the game to get the stuff - you donāt get the stuff. This is a bug and it is one that they will fix, and folks will cry endlessly about losing access to something that players shouldnāt have had access to in the first place unless one actually played the game to get it.

That scythe was pretty rad.
Yeah. I canāt even remember which MGT models I liked, but there were a couple Iād like them to bring back. Wasnāt the Druid skins - I honestly like the Felbear better than the OG werebears. Was probably the Paladin sword or Demon Hunter glaives. I honestly donāt recall without looking through them. Some of those models were very nice, though.
I mean, true, and Iām not one to go crazy and throw a tantrum over stuff not coming back. I just donāt see why people are bothered so much. I donāt mind when exclusive stuff I earned gets re-released so I just ā¦ /shrug. I donāt get the big fuss on that end, I guess.
I think Iām a bit more understanding of things that took effort to get. Like the MGT skins/weapons. But even then, I worked pretty hard on the Brawlerās Guild stuff, and I donāt care if that mount was on the Trading Post either, so idk.
That category of challenging rewards does make more sense to me, though. As opposed to things there were just āYou logged in during a specific month and got a thing. Congratz, no one new will ever be able to get that thing again 'cause reasons.ā XD
