Blatantly false. He said he couldn’t imagine how they would work. Which is not the same as a no it’s just him admitting he lacks creativity which is why he shouldn’t be the lead game dev and go back to lead raid designer.

Blood elves. They manipulate nature via the arcane and shapeshifted the same way but externally/mechnically indistinguishable from a druid

Ion told us we wouldn’t get high elves, and then they gave us customization options so we could play as high elves. So even Ion saying he doesn’t see x happening doesn’t mean x won’t happen if enough people are vocal about it.

I see this topic pop up like multiple times a week and I support it every time :] If enough people ask for it, hopefully it will be implemented! Do I want to see a mechagnome druid? Honestly no! But I empathize with having a dream race/class combo that isn’t available in the game, so if some folks out there really wanna see their mechagnome druids… man, sure, what the hell, as long as they add lore that explains it.
