Witnessed an Hpal holy light someone for 168k yesterday. Completely topped someone in 1 big juicy heal.

In response, I continued to average 29k with my Healing Waves.

SoTF proc reduced 50% (from 200% bonus to 100%) in PvP. Problem solved.

Blizzard loves their 50% nerfs. What’s the hold up? :man_shrugging:

Weird my highest holy light crit ever was like 80k with divine favor, about 60k on MS targets

Im 409 actually. So you’re saying if I stack crit/vers gems and hit 430 ilvl, my holy light will more than double from 80k to 196k? Interesting

yeah pretty much

actually triggers me so hard when players like fire mages that’re 401 and 1700 come into a thread to claim their fireblasts hit for 8k so must be ‘unreal’ that 430 mages can do 150k dam with 3 fireblasts and 3 pyros in a kidney

I believe it’s true, it’s just weird since going from 370 to 400 ilvl only increased my holy light by like 30%

Kinda strange though how 400 to 430 would increase my healing by 120%+

150k? Mages have been able to do that much damage in a 5 second window since 370 ilvl.

Granted it’s involved 1 gpyro/meteor to land as well.

the argument is that ‘fire sustained needs a buff if gpy doesn’t exist’

which is dumb because you can literally do 50% of someones health without combust in a kidney if you dont waste your procs
WITHOUT gpy

but i agree fireball does need a buff and needs to be worth casting
