Either move it to Feet or the chest and make druids choose between Fury of stormrage or Freenzy Regen.
If you’re going to force omen of clarity on boomkins then allow us to use the Proc from clarity on a Wild Growth or Starfire.
Casting on boomy moves so fast that its going to be hard to catch the proc without wasting it on a spell cast as it is.
Another idea would be to make Omen procs while in chicken form not consume when casting Starsurge. It will be kind of goofy wasting a Omen proc on a star surge and does nothing to help oomkins issues.
Maybe I don’t understand? Omen already doesn’t proc off of Starsurge or Wrath, so its gonna hit Starfire, Moonfire, or Sunfire, all of which are considerable mana. Obviously i’d like it to hit the Starfire, but its still a win either way. Also, what were you spending talent points on before, if not Omen?

For pvp?? Boomkins were not taking omen… You could bear stun with Furor on demand.

Where does it say that starsurge doesn’t count as an offensive ability? Did they make a change and I missed it last week or two?
Ah, your post didnt use the word PvP, so I didn’t know. And yes, they changed it so that Omen wont be consumed by Starsurge or Wrath (With Wrath of Stormrage)

I assumed thats common knowledge as pve content can be cleared by most classes naked. Yes speaking pvp specific.
Oh thanks for the heads up I missed that. I thought it was just the Stormrage proc. its only proccing rn about every 18 rank 1 healing touches tho so i dunno about omen, its not reliable in pvp.
I agree, omen probably isnt a pvp talent. But the 5 points into natural weapons still is nice.

That is why I said forcing us into Omen. You take omen or root talent… I don’t know. Lots of runes could moved around to make way more sense.
Not sure what the problem is? WG does work with omen and clearcasting isn’t consumed by starsurge or wrath (wrath uses no mana)
Because you cant use WG and Sunfire homie same rune slot
they made starsurge not consume it like last week, and neither does wrath.
Blizzard literally hotfixed it like a week or two ago to not use the clearcasting on Starsurge.
This is for good reason, WILD Growth heals for so much it shouldnt be a Viable option for Balance druids,
we use Fury of Stormrage, and get the free healing Touch which is a Full heal, is good enough. play better. and save your procs for sticky situations.
it cant be moed to feet, as balance in PVE literally requires Dreamstate to function.
so no dont move it, the point of runes is for Choice, screwing over pve for pvp isnt going to be done.

Guarantee I am 5 levels ahead of you in pvp, so settle down. Playing “better” means you’re using A LOT more mana. Playing druid efficiently in coordinated pvp puts us at oomkin status.
Pretty boring sitting back here just turret mode launching wraths buddy. Thats one of the issues with sod.
