While playing yesterday on my Druid after pre-patch release I noticed I have to re-enable “track humanoids” every time I shift out and back into Cat form. I believe this tracking spell should persist unless I track something else like Herb, or Fish.

I have the same problem.
But at least it doesn’t always have it one like it was in TBC. In TBC, I had to turn it off every time I went into cat form. Now, I have to turn it on any time I want it.
That is better for me, since I rarely want it.
But yes, it seems bugged. It SHOULD remember what your selection was, but does not.
I’m having the same issue with my druid.
Same issue, extreamly frustrating in pvp to hunt FC.
I’m having a related issue. Whatever tracking I have currently on is replaced by track humanoid when I shapeshift into cat form. Then, when I shapeshift back, I’m no longer tracking anything. I have to constantly trigger “track minerals” any time I shapeshift.

Similar issues here, whenever I switch to cat form, it replaces my “Find Herbs” with “Track Humanoids,” forcing me to switch back to “find herbs” every time I shapeshift.

I was playing earlier and it was working fine. Herbs were always being tracked and now whenever I shift into cat it turns on humanoid tracking and going out of cat leaves tracking blank.

It is very frustrating in Wrath as shifting into cat form replaces track herbs with track humanoids… I on purpose did not train this skill and yet I have the ability with no entry in my spell book or flyover text on Cat Form indicating I would have it.
DO NOT SWAP MY TRACKING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. How hard is that to understand.

Thought I was going crazy. Definitely feel like it happened with last night’s hot fix.
Macroing Find Herbs into abilities is a non-solution. I don’t always want to flip my tracking to herbs.

I didn’t even train track humanoid to avoid this, and now when I hit level 50 it is tracking humanoids whenever I shift into cat form.

I’m also having this problem, and I have to re-track herbs every single time I go in and out of cat form. A macro can’t reliably fix it for me because I often use F3 for the “Special Action 3” switch into Cat form, and you can’t put a macro there. Not to mention, we shouldn’t have to use a macro every time we go into cat form to retain a feature that was already working just fine. How unbelievably annoying.

So it’s activating track humanoids even though you don’t have the ability in your spellbook?
Correct, I actually trained it after just to see if I was mistaken. I was not.
Exact same thing for me, and its honestly more than just a peeve at this point.
Early this morning it was fine. Later in the day it was suddenly broken.
Bump because this literally is making me hulk rage. I can’t think of anything more annoying. At least if you’re going to do this, let us heal/buff in kitty form. Having to reset my tracking to herbs every time I swap forms is ridiculous. I don’t even have track humanoids because I didn’t need it. I would never use it. Please take it back.

Shapeshifting into Cat Form once again automatically activates Track Humanoids.
Can you revert this?.. or at least give a workaround…

Either revert it or make it so it tracks humanoids in addition to herbs/mining etc. This is the dumbest issue to have.
