Every other tank set has not only defense on it but other (actually) useful stats. Druid on the other hand is the only tank with ZERO hit on ANY of their tank set, forcing us to either A) run cat peices, or supplement with crafted stuff (which is ok but not to cover our entire hit needed) B) supplement dps BIS items just to simply hit cap or C) use old gear just to be able to hit ?
Oh well your cat druid brings an extra 1% hit, that’s great, I’m the OT out here tanking the adds not benefiting from it. Just put hit on a few peices please. And I’ll never not say it
PLEASE fix survival of the fittest so bears can use it without getting reamed by their group for not running wild strikes.
Defense is a bad stat for Druids. Can’t parry, can’t block, so you only get 60% of the benefit that War/Sham/Pal get from it.
If Survival of the Fittest rune is used: you only get 40% of the benefit of defense. Because you’re already immune to crits with 0 defense.
Prob better to just move the runes around so that SotF is compatible with Wild Strikes, then you would skip defense altogether.
Yes, I understand all that. I’m simply saying I want to use my tank tier, to get the the tank set bonuses to tank. Without haveing to gear as a cat because blizz dident feel like adding a few %hit to our set like every other tank has is all. Even more so as, like you said, defense has the least impact on bear. And all the tank set has is defense, unlike…. Every other tank.
