Why does this talent not affect nature’s swiftness as the tooltip states it should?
Either : in its base form, with reduced cooldown, with the extra charge; or any combination of the three Control of the dream reads ,
" Time elapsed while your major abilities are available to be used or at maximum charges is subtracted from that ability’s cooldown after the next time you use it. up to 15seconds-- AFFECTS NATURE’S SWIFTNESS, tree of life, and convoke."
I can’t tell you how many times ive had someone die and thought “nature’s swiftness should’ve been up” before i figured it out, this would be a massive impact on mythic spot healing for druids.
This is correctly working for the latter two but does not, at least in resto; apply to nature’s swiftness under any condition which I tested and therefore mentioned.
