I think most people would agree with me in that, it’s not that they’re STRONG.
It’s that they’re STRONG… and require practically no skill. Compare the Feral rotation to a Boomie.
THAT is the real issue people have.
I know this is a troll thread, but I’m gonna bite anyway.
Fire mage has dominated in all content for almost 3 expansions now. Mage tears are hilarious. Fire, Arcane, and Frost are all on the 1st page of timed run leaderboards on raiderio. Overall, mage is the 2nd best overall ranged spec in the game. An argument can be made that they’re number 1 tbh.
Starfall damage is…a trick. It’s mainly for spread cleave. Boomy is one of the only specs that can do this. Frost mage does not and that’s one of its biggest weaknesses. But most specs can’t deal spread cleave. That’s why we completely shred fights like council and nobody else comes close.
It used to pull mobs thru walls. And that was a problem for years. Obviously, that’s idiotic and caused wipes, so it was changed.

Most classes are very easy. That includes feral. In raid, its very straightforward lmao. Now in keys, I’ll give you that because feral is a clunky piece of trash spec when using aoe talents.
Nah it’s not. The issue people have is THEIR class is weaker than us. They want to be fotm.
Druid is meant to be simple because we have other things to worry about, control, dispels, control, off heals, control. For the uneducated boomie is a very easy spec (same goes to resto and guardian) but that’s because they don’t realize how much multitasking is involved.
Meanwhile the mage is spamming ice lance and missing interrupts.

Feral needs at least three action bars, two of those are druid utility and their rotation requires at least 6 buttons. Compare that to DH that can’t even fill one action bar.
No, there are huge gaps in both skill floor and ceiling for many classes.

When it comes to druids and rogues, you gotta ask yourself, “Is it overpowered?”
If the answer is yes, then it’s fine in the eyes of Blizzard.
If the answer is no, then Blizzard will quickly hotfix it to make it more potent.
And since GD is so contrarian, you’ll get nothing but people lining up to say, “nO nO, sTaRfAlL iS fInE. CoNvoKe iS bAlAnCeD…”

Feral ST is braindead. Which is also what you’ll be doing most of the time as feral AoE is dog.

Honestly, all the targeting circle spells should change to
IF Cast with Hostile targeted, cast centered on hostile
IF Cast with Friendly targeted, cast centered on friendly
IF SelfCast, give manual circle reticule.
The whole: click ,drag, click (oh no, I hit a slightly angled rock, now the whole 30s cooldown misses entirely because wowphysics) mess is pointless. RDruid mushroom USED TO BE target castable/point castable optionally, so I know it’s possible, now it’s awkward and annoying and sadly necessary to keep up.
