It’s literally 50% of the Balance druid attack. My bar just happens to have it saved from before the update. I have been setting up single and multi target talent load outs. And it’s not on ANY page on ANY tab in my spellbook. When using a different load out I have blank bars, and can’t add it, since it’s not here. But on the saved load out where it is also not in my spellbook, but is still on my bars I CAN CAST IT, so it’s in my abilities just not in the book, so I can’t add it to my bar.

FYI - as a work around you can use a macro that just casts the spell.
I did do that already.
So when I zoned in, I was in Spires of Arak from WoD. I decided to hearth to Zereth Mortis to see if I could find another Balance Druid. After zoning into Shadowlands the spell is now in my spellbook.
May be a bug, I would warn against setting up talents outside of SL after this until all these bugs get worked out.
