Please for the love of god, let us druids interact with NPCs or quests items while shapeshifted, this is a minor QoL change.
I don’t think this would affect the vanilla experience, at least for myself.

Interaction with NPCs yes please.
Quest items and other stuff I’m fine with popping out for.
I am though it annoys me that I can pick plants in cat form (reasonable) but can’t pick plants that are quest items in cat form (unreasonable).

Meh not that big of a thing for me, its become second nature to shift out when talking to an npc and un mount when talking to a flight master

does anyone remember what era / patch druids were able to do ANYTHING while shapeshifted (interact, use pots, etc) can’t do anything right now.
i dont see the issues shifting around forms.
I am quite frustrated about this too. I played my druid today, and it seemed like every 2 minutes I had to switch forms.
But “would this affect the vanilla experience” plus “would this improve the game” is not Blizzard’s rule. If it was, they would make 200 changes each month. They already know hundreds of things that would make Classic better – things they fixed between Vanilla and BFA.
Instead, we players CHOSE to live with the “pre-fixes” version. Welcome to Vanilla WoW.
Another thing I don’t understand is that I can Maim elementals but not Rake, I can Insect Swarm but not Moonfire.

Not every “fix” is desired by every person. And what some see as a fix others see a a major change. We knew what we were getting. I don’t get why people keep asking for things like this to be changed.
