There is nothing to discuss with the PVP sets. They clearly only implemented the voting for the PvE looks.

The S4 PVP elite sets ARE the same as S3 even if S2 got voted in. Blizzard doesn’t care. This is a throwaway season, it doesn’t even have unique fated affixes for raid or M+.

People are overthinking it. The PTR barely lasted over a month and no meaningful changes were implemented from the feedback, as usual.

I can’t see why they can’t make the original cheetah form into a glyph or option to change to at the barber shop.
