I’m going to roll a Druid because I want to try my hand at tanking and healing. The only problem I’m having is deciding what alliance Druid race to pick. Trivial matter, I know. But I need opinions on what to pick and why. That should help me decide.
Night Elves have Shadowmeld. It’s very nice.

Zandalari if you’re going Horde. I dunno if you’re going Alliance, Night elves can still do silly things.
worgen as they get bonus crit damage if you go alliance and tauren got a nice stun on horde, although high mountain give you an extra charge if the war stomp stun ain’t your thing
NE has bonus crit and haste tho

Mine is a Night Elf because Shadowmeld is just so darned useful.

Kul Titans have very cool shape shift forms.
I think shadowmeld is just a really neat racial and night elf druid is like THE iconic combo. They also look the best in normal forms compared to the others.
Worgen have my favorite starting zone, and their racials aren’t bad iirc. Plus they add more mobility to an already mobile class.
For me it’s Nelf = worgen > Kul Tiran.
Next question, on professions in dragonflight. Being that I plan on doing both tanking and healing I’m not sure if I want to do skinning/leatherwork or some other combo. My other alts are either engineering or blacksmith with mining for both. I like to do professions because I like to to hunt down recipes and make them. Not for making gold or anything.

IDK What that thing they turn into is.
But it is not a bear.
It is some wicker beast thing that looks like a dead Bear and some tree roots all magicked together.

Playin the class that’s almost entierly themed around night elves, you should probably be a night elf if possible.
Shadow meld is really good, too
World Tree is incoming, most likely some new night elven item(s) will arrive.

This seem to be more Green Dragonflight weapon more than Emerald dream ones. Also the one datamined was a Emerald Dream Warglaive
