There are still lots of abilities in the original data mine that we did not see in phase 1.
These abilities are still listed on WoWhead.
I’d take all of those with a grain of salt. Cheat Death was among the datamined runes and a Dev specifically noted how that was not going to be in the final release.
These all make sense as possibilities, after all they’re just filling gaps and improving classes based on later expansion skills, talents, etc, but no reason to think THESE are specifically coming in Phase 2 or at all, or will stay the same.

There are also ones from the initial datamine we’ve yet to see, such as Path of Arthas and Gladiator Stance. A lot of stuff gets partially implemented into a game, or is put as a placeholder, and is then left as-is without expanding upon it or making it actually accessible, for various reasons. Can be as simple as IDs have already been placed and devs don’t want to cause an error by replacing these IDs and not catching every single mistake they could possibly make with that ID; easier to just leave it as an unused address sometimes.
If druids get their healing mushroom ground effect, thats gonna be so nice.

Would trade all that for something that reduces the mana cost of our HoTs, especially lifebloom.

We already have Tiger’s Fury though so idk if that is a real datamine or not.
The rune makes it generate energy, rather than cost energy. It was a change made in BC.
It would be wierd to have a rune named the same as a core ability, but I see what you mean. The rune would actually make the core ability useful.
