Similar to the Paladin post,
I want to see more races for Druid: Blood Elf (Midnight expansion potential),
Pandaren, Vulpera (Obvious missed opportunities)
Dracthyr (Imagine the profit of Half-Elf and Draconic Druids on both factions!!!)
I encourage all interested to submit suggestions.
Have a great week
Drac druid with all the reptilian lifeforms from the isles would honestly be nice.
For Pandaren I almost wish they were open to the idea of Turtle Feral so they could have, roughly, 3 of the 4 cardinal beasts as their forms (white tiger, red bird, black tortoise, the one thatâs tricky to make fit is the blue dragon).
Itâs honestly pretty shocking the Pandaren and Vulpera donât have them, the former already worship Wild Gods and Take care of the Environment as it is, and I canât see why the Druid Organization wouldnât have trained them.
Similarly, the Vulpera took care of their desert home as best they can, if only for renewable resources, I would think the Druids would look at them and go âWait, hold on, why donât we train them so they can be in charge of the Desert Biomes?â. Basically Desert Druids, Druids of the Sand.
Could be possible to reuse a few druid forms with similar races like Night elf and Nightborne, Kulâtiran and Forsaken, or Worgen and Human.
Often a mistake people have about Wild Gods but other Wild Gods such as Loa donât like druidism. Also it is bizarre how people ignore Monks and Shamans when it comes to Wild Gods.
For nightborne I would assume using the mana-infused animals in Suramar, which afair are used as alternate skins in disguise. It might just have been travel form but I could have sworn bear and cat also had a special nightborne form.
They donât copy Chinese mythology 1:1, and a turtle is the opposite of a wildcat. The whole fantasy of Feral is fighting as a predator, not a prey animal that gets killed by birds of prey picking them up and dropping them on rocks to feed on the pulp.
