Started Lemix with a Kul-Tiran Balance Druid, went through the intro, went through the broken shore scenario, and the questgiver for the Druid Order Hall never appears in Dalaran. Checking my quest flags and it does flag me as having completed The Battle for Broken Shore, but the Summons to Moonglade quest is not active. Opening my quest log has the Druid Order Hall quest section with nothing in it, and it can’t be expanded.
Thinking it could just be that character, I made another druid of a different race (Worgen), skipped the tutorial, still did The Battle for Broken Shore questline and instance, and still not getting the druid class hall quest to pop.
I’ve abandoned other quests, flied around the zone, relogged, deleted and undeleted characters, etc, but nothing seems to get that quest to pop.
EDIT: If you started the Broken Shores questline offered by Eternus, you need to complete the Broken Shores quest chain (I had to start this quest from Stormwind: Demons Among Us ). Once you finish the quest In The Blink of an Eye, the NPC should appear within a minute or so (You may need to fly out and back into to Dalaran to get it to load).

Currently having the same issue on my timerunner druid. Quest log has section for Druid Order Hall but no quest anywhere to be found.
Why do we not have a hearth to Moonglade? It is a basic druid thing? I tried to fly over there and I was told I was leaving the timeline and I was disconnected 
It’s not just druids, the entire remix is randomly doing things like this. Can’t complete or pick up quests, having to hard crash your game only to find that the server still has you logged in. It’s pretty bad. Hell, you can’t even accept a guild invite and when you do get in, it rolls you back 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay.

I just got it to pop a few minutes ago after finishing the quest to teleport Dalaran to the Broken Isles with Khadgar. Got the pop up for the druid campaign within a minute or so

I am going to try to find a way to get to Moonglade I guess , It kicked me off my mount somewhere near Karazhan, wish me luck ha!

so it looks like once you start the druid campaign you unlock the ability to enter the dreamway which lets you go to moonglade along with the other dreamway zones. hope this helps!

found the answer it does show up but you mayhave dropped it if so then match the artifact location and see is there a quest for you then you should be able to find it…i had a guildy help me…and i am able to complete it…gl
if your horde go into front of orgrimmar and it shows the first quest line to be prepared do that and it shoots you to start the legion i dont know why its doing this but it works
i did everything you guy mentioned, still no follow up quest. im lvl 80 and onli have 1 weapon . do i need to make 1 more druid to get ther other weapon ? this is very sad
I managed to get the quest to pop by running from Krasus Landing into Dalaran, spawning the tauren dude that gives you the quest and the hearthstone to Moonglade. My mistake was apparently going straight to the Infinite Bazaar and not walking around Dalaran.
