I am looking for a different class to play but i am unsure of which one to pick. I have played a Druid from WotlK-Legion but i am thinking about playing a paladin for BFA. Should i just stick with my old Druid main or should I pick up a Paladin? (Also they will be alliance for a change of scenery)
Pick whatever you think looks coolest and also is available to your desired race.
Playstyles are an individual thing so I would just try pally on a class trial and see how you like it.
it depends on what you want to do for end game tbh.if you want to play ret paladin or feral druid you wont be doing high m+ keys or even raids it depends on the guild for that.
also there arnt many bear tanks doing high m+ keys and i think raids as well from what i have herd.so it depends on what you want to do.ret is super fun blowing up people in pvp if you end up doing more bgs at end game that mite be the option for you.
like i said it depends on what you want to do.
I will end up sticking with PVE so hearing that Ret paladins aren’t doing so well in M+ keys is kinda disappointing. How are Shamans doing in M+ ? To be honest i would be fine with switching to any class that can Heal/DPS. I have a 120 Mage which seems to do well in M+ but i get bored of only doing DPS and how they aren’t they best class for soloing old content.
Any race you wanna play?
ele is more desired for m+ and raids enhance does get turned down for m+ alot.
if you like elemental go for it.
If you play druid you get to use moonkin form and flap around with it.
Literal hours of entertainment there.
he could do that balnce or elemental which ever he finds most fun.
You can flap as an elemental?
no but you get lightning bolts as elemental.
You have beaten me with logic, orc. Clearly you are a scholar among your species.
whats more fun flap around or lightning bolts:)
Well, I don’t double over in uncontrollable laughter when I see a shaman cast a lightning bolt.
Druid. They’re very different classes though, might as well give pally a try before deciding.
You can even cancel moonkin form and you will swim in the air ^.^
Well. There you go.
Point, set, match; druids!
Paladin is fun. You’ll have to get used to pushing more than three buttons though. (Sorry, every time I try druid I can’t get past how each spec is like a gutted version of another class. Still going to try it again with a zroll though).
Only 3 buttons? Resto, sure. Plop down a mushroom, reguvenate, and spam solar wrath, but balance? Solar wrath, moonfire, sunfire, lunar strike, Starsurge for single target, starfall for aoe. Definitely not just three spells
OK, four buttons. I stand corrected.
At least 6 that I can recall off of the top of my head.
And ZT balance form is ameizing.
