I’m down to two choices. I like the healing but mages = better dps and have blink. What to do?
I feel like maybe you’ve answered your own question 
Flip a coin, then when you die try the other one.

Play both… when or if one dies your choice is made and don’t need to restart.
Druid is slower - but is very good at escaping trouble. Single target frost mage isn’t all that fast either - aoe is faster but carries more risk.
The advantage of playing two I find is that if you stay on one char for too long you start to take short cuts and lose focus. Switching toons tends to stop this.

I will probably work on 2-3 classes at a time so when i inevitably die its not such a huge hit.
