Ok so have any druids tested if Moonfury and Gift of Nature talents scale with spell power?
They increase the potency by 10%, and with +spell power that means that 10% is higher. So, yes.
I was asking because, on private servers they only scaled on your base damage or base healing.
I just want someone to test it as im not at a level yet to do so myself.
It could be tested by attacking with and without gear on and then comparing numbers and base damage dealt or healed, no need to respec.
