same issue here
I use the same weapon for both my healing and boomkin sets. I use legion artifact skins for both sets of transmogs. While my armor switches to the appropriate healing/boomkin set, the weapon does not.
So, I will be in healing spec with my healing armor/transmog, but the weapon is the boomkin legion skin. And if I pay to fix for the healing legion weapon transmog, then switch to boomkin I will be in my boomkin armor with a healing legion weapon skin.

Just got an update that seems to have fixed this issue. After log in and log out I managed to keep my Kitty Blue skin and also my Black Bear skin 
Been having the same problem today.
This is day one for the new content patch so I’m not really surprised. There’s probably a truckload of issues for them to fix.
Same blue kitty as Classic. Legion Artifact Daggers as smog for pretty white kitty not working. Help Blizz!!
Same! My druid is also randomly dumping off my passenger but thats for another thread.
Same problem here, I have three druids, a Tauren Druid 120 uses black grizzleform, a 120 Highmountain Druid that uses the brown grizzleform and a 110 kultiran that uses the white grizzleform all three do not work and present the same issues. any fix for this? I saw a guy today who said he had no problems but everyone else I’ve met apart from him has
as far as i can tell it was fixed, however if you made a change to your mog when it was broken it remains broken until you re apply your mog.
Yeah, not fixed. Just tried to reapply the transmog (for the third time) and I’m my stupid Zandalari form. Removed all my add-ons, still no fix. (Beforehand.)

Still broken for me. Tried changing artifact itself at forge, and changing between colors at transmogrifier still gives the base bear skin.
Any workaround for this yet?
Having the same issue equipping the artifacts as a Kul Tiran right now. The feral kitty seemed to resolve itself over time but I just got the claws of Ursoc and do not look like the bear form from Legion. If I equip another weapon and transmog it, I do though.
Don’t mean to revive dead threads, but this is still not fixed.
