Druid ground form changing into flight form when trying to dragonride

Repro:

1. Go to emerald dream
2. Go into flight form
3. Fly by a growing plant event. This will turn you into ground form
4. Run away from plant
5. Cast Dragon Riding. This will turn you into flight form and NOT put you on a dragon mount
