I feel like Druids should get some new forms this expac, we got a lot in Shadowlands for travel form, but for combat forms we are lacking. Since all the rest are locked behind Legion Artifact weapons, I think a few more would be amazing. Or even a Dragon flight form, that requires an extensive questline for it.

I personally think they need to release race locks on forms so we can pick them from barber.
And allow us to have more race options for our class.

Uhg I would love this. It fixes my issues of loving the kul tiran forms but throwing up a little whenever I try to put armor on an actual kul tiran

Absolutely. I love my KT druid but the forms are not good. At the very least, the option to choose other races’ forms would be good, but ideally forms should have the same customization level as the races themselves because we’re in them constantly.

Curious as to why you don’t like KT forms ? My only is the scale is pitifully small.
the stone-werebear, the draconic form for dragonriding, a new elemental creature in next patches :v
Or like others have mentioned, give us the option to not be in form through a glyph or some other mechanic.
They look fine, but I just don’t like the wicker personally.

Shapeshifting has always been the core of the druid class in this game. I will say the moonkin is stupidly ugly looking and we should have other forms like dryads for balance, but shapeshifting should always be part of every spec.
That was designed years before they implemented multiple mechanics such as transmog. Times change, it’s time too change.

I’d love a dragon form for druids! I hope it will come in a future patch as I am about to main a druid.

I don’t think “take shape shifting away from druids” is really “updating”
Who said take away? It would be a choice.
Almost like the choice to play the shape shifting class?
Kind of hard to justify no form with mangle and thrash and ferocious bite.

Did you play vanilla until now? Every class is almost completely different since their start.
Having more options is always a good thing. I’d prefer more forms but if others want to opt out in some way I don’t see why that opinion is any less valid.

Saying druids shouldn’t need to shapeshift is like saying warlocks shouldn’t need to use demonic/fel magic. It’s the entire basis of the class.
