None of which matter.
Make an in-game suggestion, you’re more likely to grab the attention of a Dev there.
Have already done that. The point I’m making here is that a lot of issues relating to WPvP have been put under the right processes, suggestions, bug report, War Mode forums, heck, even the PTR/Beta Bug Report button, but have yet to be fixed. And some of these date back to 2019/2020!
It goes back to what I said earlier, Blizzard doesn’t care about WPvP lol

If you actually want to see this get any attention you need to use General Discussion, and we all know what GD is like, which also explains why things are the way they are
