Druid Flag Carrier. The meta looks to be shifting to WSG… as I expected.
I was just using an expression I read in another thread. I didn’t yet even know exactly what kind of changes were being talked about.
AV is no biggie to me. Back in vanilla, I detested it. AB was always my favorite battleground. But it’s not even in Classic yet. I end up in AV’s these days because I do not yet know enough people to do the kind of WSG’s I used to love. Running around with a bunch of people who don’t know what they are doing, other than screaming everyone else sucks is not my idea of a good time.
At least in the organized pug I run AV with, I get team mates who understand a number of strategies and who willing to work with, and support each other. It’s a much better environment.
I was just curious what the changes were that everyone was talking about. Mostly I think they sound like decent ideas. I’m happy that both sides will have a chance to group up with team mates they know and like. - and I’m very happy that the games that have severe imbalances won’t start until the teams are more equal.
The only part of the changes that I don’t like is the change in diminishing returns being extended to wpvp. It makes sense to change it for the battlegrounds. But I think it will further exacerbate the problem of diminishing Alliance population on servers like mine (Skeram). I like my server, and would like to be able to stay here. So I’m not in favor of anything that will make my server less viable.
I’m a ranking druid who will FC. I hope I get more friends LOL.
Yes I expected to do WSG FC from the time BGs released but I’ve only run it a handful of times as it hurt ranking.
The low HK thing is right through. I have a lot of fun with this class overall.
AB is still my favorite BG.

Makes little sense, you only have 10 targets in WSG
You can only kill them a few times before there is no more honor, and winning gives way more honor than that.
Also i dont like WSG even remotely enough to sit in it and fight at the GY
