Used chromie time to start in legion as a Druid. This lead to completing the quest to unlock Dreamwalk before even unlocking teleport: moonglade. Once I unlocked teleport: moonglade at lvl 22 it did not automatically transform to Dreamwalk. Now I am not able to unlock Dreamwalk because I already completed the quest.

The Legion Class Hall Dreamwalk teleport is now available to players starting at level 10 (was level 12) after completing the quest “To The Dreamgrove”
This came in a hotfix today; however, it appears 9.0 Druids who already completed it still don’t get Dreamwalk added to your spellbook. My new Druid is already level 17 and doesn’t have it. I’m guessing it requires a server restart?
In any case if its very annoying on new druids especially if you missed out on picking up the flight path (that should be automatically acquired) which makes traveling there even more difficult if you didn’t pick Val’sharah as your first zone.

I have this same issue. Got a ticket in, and I’ll post back when I hear from someone.
Same problem here, have teleport: moonglade but no Dreamwalk.
To make matters even worse the old macro I was using to view the Legion Class Hall mission boards is broken if you’ve started BfA.
This was the macro:
/Run ShowGarrisonLandingPage(LE_GARRISON_TYPE_7_0)
It’s a long flight there just to check out if there are any exp missions up.
Keep an upgrade token in your bag for both Legion and wod followers. Right click and it will open the remote menu.
The WoD garrison macro still works fine:
/run ShowGarrisonLandingPage(2)
As for Legion, the upgrade tokens are BoP if I remember. You need to have a few followers max lvl to get them off the missions, and L45 to get the token perk class hall upgrade. I’m thinking that by the time I get a token, I wont need it. Still it’s handy to know in case I need some old pet tokens in the future.
Same issue with my druid
BoA follower ilvl upgrades should be purchaseable at Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore from the mage at the top of the stairs. Currency is Nethershards.
I’m having the same issue…I have moonglade teleport at level 28 and not dreamwalking. It’s super annoying having to just fly there.
Chiming in that I’m having this problem as well. Opened a ticket in game and reported a bug the day of the hotfix (15th?). Here’s hoping tomorrow morning’s maintenance fixes it.
I guess for now I’ll walk (via Moonglade) or fly…

Checking in this morning after maintenance, still no Dreamwalk. Server maintenance didn’t fix it.
This is disappointing, I guess my third Druid will forever have Teleport: Moonglade.
