I can’t start it. I’ve tried so many different things between /reload, doing the entirety of the legion intro quests again, logging out logging back in, physically going to dreamwalk, going to moonglade in hopes to pick up a quest there. Nothing is working. The initial quest for my druid class hall “A summons from Moonglade” isn’t popping up. The NPC that comes to you in Dalaran isn’t showing up. I log onto another Druid and go to Dalaran and he flies right up to me and says what up fam. Go to the main druid and he doesnt spawn at all. Asked support to submit a bug report and they said they don’t give game hints. Please help.
If your Druid is level 70, check if you have the Harbinger quest in your log. It is given to you automatically. It phase Dalaran and is known to cause issues with Class Hall quests. Complete that and should regain access to the quest chain.

So I am max level. I haven’t done the Harbinger quest nor has it auto accepted like its’ supposed to. I have dont the radiant echoes quest as of now. still not popping. I have logged out and logged back in and still haven’t seen harbinger or class hall. Do I have to have Dragonflight campaign done or just be max lvl for harbinger?? This Druid is my alt so I haven’t done that yet.

OMG!!! YOU ARE A SAINT. That was it. lol. Thank you. also if anyone else for some reason can’t find the harbinger quest on a max level character you can accept from the suggested content.

The harbinger quest completion did not fix anything for me. Still not appearing.

I had to also do the Magni quest after the Harbinger quest, which leads you to Silithus, then back to Dalaran, and the moment I turned in the last quest in the chain, the order hall guy popped up in my face.

I completed the quest for the harbinger and he never popped up to me in Dalaran, and after 30 minutes of trying to figure it out as to why he was perma phased out, he’s actually been standing beside Magni in Silithus with the druid class hall quest, so that really rocked my boat after wasting a lot of time wondering why he wasn’t showing up.

Wait your class hall quest giver was in Silithus?
I am going home and instantly trying this because I have done everything under the sun short of sacrificing a new born to get the quest to show up on my priest.
Having the same problem with my paladin. I’ve done the harbinger quest and the initial quests to the Isle of Dorn. I also went back to Silithus and there is no quest giver beside Magni either.
Well the druids were at Silithus and thats probably why the druid class hall dude was standing there beside Magni, I’m not sure about other classes though.
I was in the middle of druid class hall stuff and it all went away. have no quests in the grove, cant even access the hall missions, cant do anything. cant even access chromie time to see if i can do the legion stuff that way.

This is why I think blizzard destroyed Dalaran in the game. Too many phases over expansion.
