Playing SoD
Chars name is Smollz on crusader strike
I recently leveled a Druid. I only grabbed runes relevant to my leveling spec ( moon kin).
Went back to get feral runes as I want to try feral. The berserk rune will not give me stacks of inspiration. I am level 60 I have tried pulling packs of mobs of 2-3 from level 20/30/40/50 and 60. I pull, dos them to 10% roar and kill while they have the roar debuff. I do not gain stacks of inspiration.
