Druid Battle Rez/Innervate macro

I currently use this macro to battle rez if my target is dead or innervate if my target is alive. How can I change it to a mouseover macro? And is it even possible to put in raid chat that I battle rezed or inervate said person?

In 9.2.5 Blizzard introduced a bug where the Self Cast Key interferes with @unit (mouseover, focus, etc.) and @cursor macros. If you want to use those types of macros, you need to change your Self Cast Key to None.
