Please decouple the awesome Druid Artifact forms from the weapons. It ruins the transmog feature for us by pigeonholing us into a weapon appearance that doesn’t match our outfits.

Not sure why I can use some of the feral dual dagger forms with my staff and not others. I really like the nature looking wood and green mog but it won’t let me use it and it’s frustrating.

Having to use the original crude bear forms because I want to show off my Scythe of the Unmaker is ridiculous. When you click the menu choice “artifact forms” it should simply change your shapeshift form.
You can’t even choose to dual wield daggers or fist weapons as we were forced to in Legion.
I’d also be okay with being able to assign an earned feral or guardian shapeshift form to cat or bear form in all specs. We could do that in the class hall, and they could take that out of transmog altogether. Then transmog could just transmog weapon appearances.

Yes to all of this. I want to be a cool cat while catweaving boy the default one. The legendary ones are so nice but I can’t use them as much as I would like to.
We should have cat and bear “transmog options”. It would be nice to jave the option of the old tree as resto without having to waste a global too.
At least they haven’t messed up Fandral’s Seed Pouch.
This would be great and seems to be the best overall option.
They could also make the appearance a toy, but that might be a little complicated.
Another suggestion I’ve seen is to tie the appearance to the Weapon Enchant transmog slot instead of the Weapon slot itself. You’d still lose a little transmog functionality, but losing the enchant appearance is much better than losing the weapon appearance.
I think the problem here is trying to come up with a one-size-fits-all solution that fits most well, but druids badly.
I can’t even use the appearances on my 110’s that I have not earned on that character (except for honor appearances, that have been account wide since the prepatch) because druids can’t transmog appearances over claws of ursoc, because it’s a non-standard weapon.

They just need to break druid forms into their own category in the transmog menu. Add things like the Legion forms, Fandral’s fire kitty, and just start adding other ones too. Let the fur colors be separated from hair color. Customization seems to be Shadowland’s main selling point, so now is the time to do it.

While they have the druid code open, they need to add a yellow bipedal bird form for travel form as an option.
There should be a vendor in the class hall that sells glyphs for the forms you unlocked so you’re not tied to those stupid daggers or fist weapons.
Don’t forget that weapon from Dragon Soul that had a stacking buff that also made your Bear grow with each stack!!

The other travel forms could use a bit of graphical love too. That vanilla cheetah form looks kind rough…

This would be the perfect fix. If they wanted to keep it spec specific they could break out guardian form bear form and all other bear forms to have separate spell IDs (for example)

I was thinking a fat, white, winged imp that looks nearsighted sitting on its back.
I also hate that they are tied to specs. I don’t like how they handled artifacts in general TBH.
I have all these appearances unlocked. Why can’t I make a theme for each spec?
Balance: Glow cat, glow bear, Mage tower scythe
Resto: Tree cat, rock bear, Mage tower staff
Guardian: Nightmare cat, nightmare bear, nightmare staff
Feral: Primal cat (tiger), base artifact bear, lunarcall scythe (the one with the big moon, from legendary questline)
Just… I spent all this time collecting the forms because druids had some semblance of Xmog FOR THE FIRST TIME, and now I don’t even get to reap the benefits. It was very short lived.
