Druid Aquatic Form Quest help bug

So, I went to Moonglade, picked up the questline, and went afk…somehow I failed the quest, or destroyed the items? Either way, I can’t seem to restart or repick up the questline for the aquatic form. Anyone have suggestion or ideas ? I tried abandoning all Moonglade quests…nothing seems to help.

Help and suggestions pls?

According to the interwebz, you have to go to your respective trainer in darnassus/thunder bluff and they’ll send you to moonglade again.

I did the same thing but was able to pick up the quest again after dropping it
