The quest “Trial of the Sea Lion” requires you to get two pendants to combine, one of which is obtained from a lockbox in The Great Sea, about west of the Sepulcher in silverpine forest, problem is when you get to the chest and enter the great sea zone, leaving the silverpine forest the lockbox containing the quest item phases out, and can only be seen while in the silverpine forest zone, but there is no way to get close enough to loot it without going into the great sea, phasing out the lockbox making it no longer visible or interactable
