By mistake drug my map off the screen, not the mini map but the map you view when you press “M”. Its gone now and have no idea how to get it back?

Include more details, like which map you’re talking about. There are 3 map sources in the game (mini, overlay, world).
You can try going into Game Menu > Options > System > Graphics > Monitor and temporarily change the settings then flip it back to see if it will reset.
