Is there a set amount that drop after a M+ key, times or not?
5 for untimed, 12 for timed.
Which is pretty lame, considering I get 20 flightstones for doing a random heroic

Or is this the number of crest fragments that drop? I honestly haven’t looked at the flightstone drop, since i’m usually capped or close, but I know we get 12 crest fragments for a timed run.

that’s fragments not flightstones
it’s like 35 for untimed and 100 for timed (bonus 65 FS), also goes up/down based on difficulty of key. That’s what I get from 16s mostly
