Coming out of a full clear with 0 items feels like crap. Drop more items so people can enjoy the game and have their time respected.

How many people were in raid? Loot drops are proportionate to number of people you have in the group.
On the other hand, if this was LFR, the number of items might not be the issue as much as people rolling need on everything they can.

The problem is you need the loot and as the season goes on , if you dont get loot, you dont get invited because your numbers fall behind…
